Unlike cloud-based competitors, the Manos AI engine operates locally on your machine. This means we fundamentally do not have access to:
- Your voice recordings or command transcripts
- Screenshots, video feeds, or any visual data processed by the AI
- Your local file structures, documents, or content
- Your passwords or secure keystrokes
2. Information We Do Collect
For operations involving software licensing and our website, we collect only minimal data absolutely necessary for functionality:
- Email address and payment data when purchasing a License Key (processed via Stripe)
- Anonymized crash logs (only if explicitly opted-in by the user during a crash)
- Website visitor analytics via non-invasive, cookie-free platforms
3. Third-Party Integrations
If you connect Manos AI to third-party APIs (like OpenAI for cloud fallbacks or WhatsApp for messaging automation), your data handling is subject to their respective privacy policies. Manos AI acts strictly as an API client on your machine.
4. Your Rights
Because your data remains on your physical hardware, you already have total control over it. If you wish to delete your licensing data or email from our billing servers, contact privacy@manos.ai.
