1. Acceptable Use Policy
Manos AI provides you with advanced autonomy over your operating system. It is strictly forbidden to use this software for:
- Developing malware, ransomware, or any virus-like activities.
- Scraping copyrighted materials illegally from third-party websites without permission.
- Bypassing CAPTCHAs or engaging in DDOS attacks via automated macro scripting.
- Sending unsolicited spam via the WhatsApp, Email, or iMessage module integrations.
2. Limitation of Liability
Because Manos AI interacts intimately with your local environment, you acknowledge that Manos AI (and its parent company) is NOT LIABLE for lost files, accidental deletions, or system instability caused by an instruction you provided to the assistant. The agent attempts to sandbox destructive acts, but the user assumes all risks when executing "sudo" or "administrator" level commands.
3. License Keys and Subscriptions
The "Pro Agent" subscription remains active so long as billing is current. "Lifetime" licenses strictly apply to the major version they were purchased under (e.g., v2.x.x) and cannot be resold or transferred to third parties.
4. Updates to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When making substantial changes, we will notify users inside the Manos Desktop Client directly.
